How we work.
1. An extensive intake at your office. We are your partner from day one.
2. Together, we draw up a plan of approach that meets your wishes.
3. We start looking for suitable candidates. We will draw up a longlist, which we will then discuss.
4. From the selected candidates, we make a shortlist which we present to you.
5. We approach the candidates and then supervise the interviews and the rest of the process: both for you as a client and for the candidate.
